Spaced Ace:
Does anyone have these or has used them?  Whats the scoop on these things?

Very interesting!
I have an original Act Labs ray gun piece of crap that works well but looks and feels absolutely awful. I'd be interested in any reports from people who may have tried this add-on kit thing.
It says "compatible with all CURRENT versions of PC Gun" -- I wonder if this means it would NOT work with my original ray-gun style dork-o-blaster.

Well, since it looks cheap, light and feels fake, I was thinking about filling it with hot glue & bee-bee's to give it some real weight.

What about this thing...

I thought this was the solution we were all waiting for, but then interest fizzled out.

Well, I think there is more there than meets the eye.  If you look at Happ's optical gun page, there is a lot going on.  Not to mention some serious cash for just one gun, counting this converter too?  To me, as a collector, its not worth it.  I'd just go with the Act Labs guns and modify them for my personal taste.  Be a whole lot cheaper....
