| I have a broken Rock Band drumset. Could I use the internals for my arcade? |

I've always wanted to hack a 360 controller to work with my arcade controls. But I've been afraid to until I my friend gave me his broken 360 drum set. The PCB has buttons and a D-pad... but it has a bunch of extra wires that I assume were connected to the "pads". Has anyone tried a thing such as this? Should I use solder or hot glue?(I don't have hot glue right now... and I figure it might be worth it to risk hacking this since I definitely won't be able to use it as a controller |

Plenty of people have done this, just search for "rock band drums for pc". |

Damn this is frustrating. I haven't gotten to the broken drum PCB yet, I'm working with a 360 controller that is already hacked first. I'm trying to hook it up to my control panel that was wired up to an ipac first. I want them both connected at the same time. And it's frustrating because I don't have nearly enough wiring connectors, and trying to get wires jammed into connectors that are already crimped is so difficult. |
