Anyone got custom photo wallpaper in the gameroom ?

That kid looks as big as my cat.

Seriously though, that sounds like a great idea. I'm decorating my new house (and hopefully soon a game room), so maybe I will try this too.

A life size version of some in-game shots would be awesome.  Full size Major Havoc, Tempest, Super Mario Bros. or even Impossible Mission from teh C64 would be totally badass.

Seriously, though - very cool product... not sure about the price or even the ease of putting it up but I could see someone putting up some awesome game screen captures in their game room.

Yeah, I couldn't find any other sample picture other than that one, something I definitely would not choose for...but hey, everybody has a different taste :)

The price is €12,95 per square meter.....(haha, you US guys go figure out how many dollars that is per square feet :) )

It's not very expensive IMHO.

They advice to use only one certain type of wall paper glue. My guess is this is just some kind of photopaper (that's why the certain glue). The bad thing is with normal wall-paper you can screw-up a "lane" (Don't know how you call that guys, one "strip" top to bottom), you just use a new one. This is one shot only I guess.... the lining up must be pretty tough too, but I've also done pattern wallpaper that also needed to be lined up.

Would need a pretty high-res photo to get some decent results, also depends on the size and distance you look at it....

Patrick, a gameroom ?!!? COOOOL :) !

Hey, I was thinking of a cool picture of an actual arcade. So it looks like the gameroom extends beyond that wall... :)

Something like this:

Yeah, I was surprised by that. Guess it's reasonably cheaper because you buy a lot at once. Still wonder about the quality though.

Indeed a picture would degrade a lot when you blow it up that much.

Well, technically a game attic, but still.

That picture is quite cool. You'd need a high res original though. Too bad there are no arcades around to take a picture of  :-\

Sure there are:

But I want classic games in there :) I don't think it would really work out though....

How about this ?

Maybe a bit too busy.....I really think I'm going back to the Atari Star Wars poster idea......
