What is your favourite game music?
Thenasty:
Gyruss
Frogger
Mountain King (c64)
Lutus:
I like the Dig Dug music because the music only plays when you are walking. Stutter stepping always makes me chuckle.
Computer game wise, the best music (very catchy) is MONKEY ISLAND!

Spy hunter always comes to mind when I think of cool sound tracks..

Hhmm... in no particular order.
Console
* Lunar: The Silver Star. (SCD) This game and the opening music are the reasons I ever bought the Sega CD.
* Chakan: the Forever Man. (Genesis) The opening howl and music prompted a lot of my friends to try and "borrow" the cart and get the audio on tape.
* Bubble Bobble. (Arcade) I learned to recognize the music before I knew what the game was. As one of my girl friends used to say, "there's something sweet and sincere about the music."
* Katamari Damacy. (PS2) Blanks explained it best.
* Secret of Mana. (SNES) I've always kind of liked the opening music.

I think that was the first video game ever to have "proper" music. I had a Moon Patrol cab at home when they first came out.
To this day I have not been able to get that damn tune out of my head!
