you have been missing out...
shamit:
hi, ive been reading posts at this forum for a while and thought it might be worth mentioning a program i stumbled apon a while back called MyHTPC.
its the coolest looking interface i have seen for this type of thing and it supports music and video playback, visualisations, and can be used as a menu to launch external apps (including emulators...). :o
the best bit is the new music modual. although its still being updated, it allows the program to be used as a dedicated jukebox with video playback and visualisations .
its at www.myhtpc.net
im also in the final stages of building my jukebox, only have to hack the keyboard and finish the top of the box. looks like it will have to wait till after exams tho. yay!
on a side note for those of u interested in puting a jukebox in your car (my next project...), although u wont find much on jukebox construction etc in the forums at myhtpc some topics do lean towards installation in cars.
Generic Eric:
Where are the pictures??? Do you have a website?
Oh, and the myHTPC program has been mentioned here before, but in the software section I believe. Thanks for mentioning it though. Some things are worth mentioning more than once ;D
