Ever thought about mame-ing a Time Traveller?
Doctor Ugs:
Back in the day, I remember playing it, and honestly, after 5 mins, the novelty wore off and the game didn't have much appeal.
KagatoAMV:
I remember you could turn off the TV monitor inside the cabinet with any Sony TV remote.

However, some games would be very cool in one of these, particularly things like fps's, flight games and even the good old beat em ups would have a cool presence, though to really benefit from the hologramatic effect it would be better if you could shut off 'layers' like on certain emulators (ZSNES etc.) to make it look as though the characters are really seperate from their background etc.

You've got it all wrong. It's not a special monitor. It's just a big dome mirror.

Yeah, like those convex lenses they made for TVs in the fifties. I can't imagine playing regular games with this.
I remember when this game came out. It's a laser disc game but I didn't think it was as cool as DL, etc, because of the live-action footage. It seemed pretty cheesy, actually. Plus, because it was live-action, it didn't change perspective like DL did. It was basically like watching a cheap play on some special monitor or something.

My first thought (and I bet I am in the ballpark here) is that this game is not bringing in any money because it is too hard on the eyes. Heck, even the e-bay pics are hard to look at. Not even sure I would buy it for parts at scrap value ~$25-$50.
But I am sure you could mame it, but why?
