Correct Assembly of the SNK LS-30?

Yep, that works great.  Thanks again.

Whoever tinkered with this one last had put the T-shaped washer in after the switches, so it was resting on top of the switch levers and I think the shaft sleeve was actually pushing it down onto the levers so they wouldn't move right.

So now I have a working LS-30 and a working Wico rotary.  Not bad for 25 dollars.
