a cool trick i accidentally figured out

Alright, so I thought I'd try using wingnuts for my joysticks. Only one problem...they hit the sides of base unit. But this worked out pretty nicely. I can just take a screwdriver and screw it in from the top without having to touch the nut underneath when it gets loose. The wingnut stays in place since it's hitting the side.

I used something similar to this for the hardtop on my jeep :)
The top itself sets on the bodyframe, on the underside of where it sets is a thin channel, just large enough for a nut
This got to be a pain in the rear because you had to do some wicked contornionist tricks to get a wrench or socket in there, while also using a wrench or socket on the top to get it off or on(depending on if it was april or october)
Found some large wingnuts that fit my bolt size, once I got it threaded from the top, the wings would wedge into the channel and make it a snap
