I would love just to lose the gut, any health boffins care to tell me how to lose 40 lbs in 3 months?

I hike 20 miles a week and its not getting close.

I would call Carrot Top but that would be too easy.

Change up the routine.  I found that after a while I hit a plateau where I couldn't take off any more weight and wasn't putting on any more muscle.  Apparently, the human body gets used to the same routine if done over and over and over again.  I actually had to stop working out for a week or so, then do random work-outs so that my body wasn't doing the same thing over and over again.  This helped big time until i hit another pleateau.  Now, with work taking up so much of my time, I haven't been able to get to the gym as much and my gut has come back with some friends.  :(

Also, drinking beer won't help at all.   :'(

He's a prop comic who became real famous in the '90s and starred in one of the worst movies of the '90s (and arguably of all time).  He's still doing standup in Vegas and surprisingly he's still pretty funny.  Granted only about 1 in 5 of his jokes are funny, but he flys through the jokes so fast that even with so many bad ones, your still laughing your ass off.
