Keyboard encoder
Fibonacci:
I am looking to put together a 4P cabinet and am trying to decide on a keyboard encoder for it.
I need 40 inputs for the controls I want to do, as well as a shift function for changing games, etc.
In the past, I have used KeyWiz boards from GGG, but they top out at 32 inputs and I cannot tell if multiple ones can be installed on a single machine or not.
I have seen the info on the IPAC4, but I was not terribly impressed with the IPAC2 in the past, and the $65 price pretty much kills that for me.
Does anyone know of another decent quality encoder with a few more inputs? Or whether multiple KeyWiz boards can be installed on a single machine?

The ipac4 is the best encoder for 4 player

Your other option would be a KeyWiz/GP-Wiz combo, unless you have apps that require keyboard input only.

Question on the GPWiz:
When the inputs are labeled P1 and P2, does it map to the PC as Gamepad 1 and Gamepad 2? Then each of the buttons read as joystick buttons?
I just want to make sure there won't be overlap between the GPWiz and the KeyWiz.
I already have an extra KeyWiz, so that would be an optimum solution for me. If it works...

iPac4 is great, or two miniPac's for wiring simplicity.
