I know nothing at all about the dreamcast, so i am afraid to show my stupidity by opening my mouth, but I have seen on a PC that if the PC's video card is set to a resolution that the monitor cant handle, the monitor will act like that. Can you change the resolution settings on the dreamcast? |

(isn't it just 640x480@60hz, though?) If the PC works at the same res, it's definitely not the monitor. |
