Pricing in this instance should take into consideration all the time that is saved by using a kit.  The materials probably aren't that expensive ($50 or less for the MDF and plexiglass) but I know from personal experience that working 3 hours a night for 6 weeks straight is barely enough time to make the shell.  I guess it depends on your skill set in the shop but people ordering the kits would be on the little to no experience side of things.  There are plenty of times when I would have gladly handed out $200+ just to be done with it out of frustration.   ;D

Just having the front plexiglass facing cut out and polished is worth 200 hundred to me ;D

Barry Barcrest:
Could you not work something out McCoy to do them using the machine? Might bring the cost down a bit on materials etc and save on a lot of manpower.

deoblo85:
Alot of cost would be shipping, you would have to be local.but its worth trying just estimate a cost for the complete job and see.

Yes, the kits would have to be CNC cut, at least the MDF.  I am working on how all of that will unfold right now.

A kit would not weigh that much; no need to keep it local.
