After cutting the front and back panels (with all the holes), the spacers and bottom panel how did you line everything up to screw it together? It is critical that the front and back panels are exactly opposite each other and I just can't tell if I'm being precise. Any tips?

Is this the jukebox even a wife can love?
mountain:
If you are using a table saw. just make sure that you cut your botttom piece the same time you are cutting your front and back pieces (width wise). Then all you have to do is line up the bottom corners and everything will be aligned.

I have everything cut (and the panels are accurate) but now I'm trying to figure out how to actually put them together/line them up. Did you clamp and then screw? I'm probably over-thinking it...
mountain:
Are you concerned about the bent piece lining up with the front and back? If so, don't. Overcut this piece and use your flush bit to trim the excess.
I hope this answers your question.
javeryh:
I guess I'm concerned about the front and back panels being exactly opposite each other (I haven't started thinking about the curved piece yet). I tried clamping stuff together but I wasn't getting the feeling that everything was aligned properly...
