I didn't get much done during the past week other than a little planning and measuring. I did get everything ordered though. The remainding parts should arrive sometime early next week.

I finally decided on the layout last night thanks to a loaner part from mccoy (you saved the buddy!) and started cutting the faceplate this afternoon. After cutting the openings for the marquee and screen I traced the outline on the decorative face material, 1/8" black Plexiglas.







I put a 45 degree bevel around the openings too.



Here is a shot of the bartop after removing the supports and trimming away most of the jig material.



This is all the further I got today. It doesn't look like much but it took me a good 6 hours to get this far. Things should fall together pretty quickly now, other than the the venting.
