I found my cab! My mame conversion starts soon :-)

I found my cab, he's delivering it tomorrow...hoping to get started right away. I want to use the original arcade monitor if possible; does anybody know of any resources or converters to take that to the computer? Once the cab is in I'll take pics and document my progress.

Thanks for the link, I'll research the hacking process. Here is a picture of what should be brought over tomorrow; minus the bench which he threw away 2 weeks ago :(

Yeah I absolutely agree. I'm using a 2p control panel which will widen it up a touch, so i'm not sure how that would work. If I could get my hands on the bench I'd figure it out though! :applaud:
I posted on my local craigslist to see if anybody has experience with arcade wiring, could help out quite a bit with tutoring me on the monitor. As far as alterations go, I'm undecided. I think the cabinet gives me a lot of room to work with, only problem is there is no marquee so the tacky top may have to stay. It's going to be a fun ride!
