I also have a question about the ps/2 port. Isn't that a 6 pin connector. If so then how do you attach a 7/9 wire connection to it? Sorry if my questions sound noobish :P |

here is how it needs to be wired up, sorry for the crappy paint illustration, but it gets the job done... if you don't want to chop the plugs off of the ps2 controllers, you can always get a few ps2 controller extension cables and chop them up. |

The switch inside a Keyboard+Mouse+Video is in some cases the same as the one in a parallel port switch, though. So, really that idea is only useful if you are using the connectors built on the switching box, and you need a couple more connections than a parallel port connector provides. |
