Actually, in Afterburners case you are correct Fozzy. In Out Runs case, its slightly different. It a motor that drives a (2ft?) huge worm drive. As the worm drive turns, a piece of metal rides on it back and forth, and that pushed the cabinet from left to right on its pivot. (as far as I can tell from the pictures) |
