Im still wondering about contrast on an LCD viewed from that angle.... I hope you have tested that, and if you have, please expound on your test for the rest of us. |

Looking mighty fine Kangum !!! Don't forget to add the left/right & front nudge buttons though... and where are you going to place the speakers? Keep up the good work  psychotech. protokatie: Kangum's LCD angle should work just fine... That's about the best angle for a bartop/tabletop pinball IMHO. then again, what do I know.. PS. http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=67842.msg729531#msg729531 ..scroll down for bartop pinball pictures ;) PPS. I'll be spying .. |

Famous last words of a bank account. I said the same thing and wound up with a router, circular saw, jigsaw, shopvac, random orbital sander, miter saw, etc. etc. :P  |

speaker placement ...hmm, depends on the size of your speakers and how all the other hardware will be installed.. Will there be a laptop or a "normal" PC inside? What about cooling ..fan(s)? t-molding - mine is glued on. No routers were harmed on the project ;) Contact glue (contact cement, whatever) ... PS. You really should start a new thread on the Project Announcements.. PPS. More pictures and info and we'll be able to at least suggest something... have fun :) |
