OZ stick reviews
« on: April 18, 2008, 04:30:52 am »
has any one brought something from oz stick?

I'm asking because I brought some stuff from them 2 weeks ago and I emailed them last week asking them if they had received payment via pay pal which I know they have because the money has left my account.  :dunno
They say that they will email when they receive payment but then are not replying to my emails or email me to say that they that it takes a day to  sent the stuff out :banghead: and its been two weeks  :hissy: :hissy:

I Called them they expanded what had happened  :applaud:

I only wish they had emailed me to tell me that there was going to be such a large delayed.

On the phone I was told to expected to receve my stuff on wednesday I'll post back when i get it and tell you how well they packed it and give you a full review.

Hi Guys,
I have bought a bit of stuff from Chris at Ozstick in the past. I have found him very helpful especially when you ring him up....he is always on for a chat. The only thing I find is his postage is a bit of a killer, I live maybe 80km's down the road but still got charged $7 to have 2 microswitches sent!!!

Cheers,

Simon.

Out of interest, what was the hold up on your shipping exactly??

I'm waiting for a few things, and I know there was some delays, but I haven't emailed him back yet.

I've bought a couple things from Chris at OzStick and had nothing but good service.

He's a member of the Aussie Arcade forum which a lot of us Aussies here also belong to and he seems like a nice guy who's always happy to help out.

he was out of wiring kits then he got those it but  :laugh2: he then ran out of yellow push buttons.  :dizzy:

also if you emailed him at one stage his email was down due to a problem changing over severs :dunno by the way i have not yet got my stuff but i have a lot more faith now that i have heard from him (I called him) and found out what the problems were

I'm glad that its all sorted out now as I too am considering ordering from Chris again soon. It will all depend on if I can get the components I want cheaper from ultimarc.com or on this forum.
