| Happ universal in 4-way -- anything I can do to make it better? |

| Ginsu Victim:
Are there any steps I can take to make the Happ Universal better in 4-way mode? I hate that I can still hit the diagonals. Any suggestions? |

Someone (maybe Oscar) used to sell mounting plates that restricted the movement of the joystick for exactly this purpose. I've been MIA for a few years though, not sure what the current best bet is. |

Yeah, I'm well aware of the fact that Oscar used to.... I guess it's not a big deal. I was hoping for an easy solution, preferably the free kind. (Tweak something, etc) Thanks for the reply, though. |

Not too sure what you mean by Happ Universal Joysticks, but RandyT over at GGG makes these. |

There's also the Ultimarc E-stik, which is virtually identical. And, yes, I was aware of RandyT's restrictor, but I don't think it would be any better than the restrictor already on this (no offense to RandyT. It's just not what I need). Plus, I want to retain the ability to switch from 4-way to 8-way with ease. |
