Arkanoid to Mame project.

Just decided that i am going to go with a Phenomenauts theme.. anyone have suggestions to make the cabinet look like it has stars all over it?

How do i repair water damage?

A pic would help greatly. Most likely you would use a saw to cut out the damaged area, cut a new piece out of plywood, glue/screw it into place and use bondo and sandpaper to smooth everything out.
