Dance Dance Revolution. You know those step on pad controlers for the dance games?
Many PSX => USB converters will not accept up+down or left+right at the same time, and these are required for the dance games.

But the thing is, you could do the very same thing with a pc gamepad(gravis gamepad pro is pretty good), so it doesnt' realy eliminate the need for keyboard encoders. Keyboard encoders are easier than hacking a gamepad, and that's why they sell so well. If you just want to hack some gamepads, instead of getting psx to pc adapters and all that stuff, why not just hack 2 gravis gamepad pro's?
