Yeah, I started action figure "kitbashing" this year as one of my main hobbies, now that my arcade is built (yet not ever finished) :)

I get parts from various sources, cheap as possible and make the figures I always wanted but never had as a kid, or new versions of figures I used to have but no longer have.

GI Joes are nice b/c the parts are so interchangeable... heads, arms, legs, hips, torsos... the toughest part is keeping the paint apps clean.
