Actually making a link to a legal torrent is very legal in itself. Bit torrent is set up as a legal network just as a copier is meant to make legal copies. Off course the local forum policy would supercede that

The issue, though, is that by linking to the legal torrent, you're revealing the site URL that is not allowed here. There are plenty of legal items on this particular site, but also a PLETHORA of illegal ones.

Issues with the site and me the last week or so
May 6th, 2008

Just thought it was only fair to give a heads up to all. I have not been around for the last week or so due to personal problems. Just to let everyone know that I am aware of the ordering page issues and that some shipments have been delayed. If you have not yet recieved your order rest assured that I am getting all outstanding orders out today. I apologize but unfortunately the only internet access that I have had for the past week is my cell phone and I am pretty limited with what I can do with that. So please cut me a little slack, I am completely focused on catching things up today. I am aware that the MAME set torrent also needs to be posted and will get to that as soon as everything else is caught up. Also if you are having issues with the FTP ordering link please use the donate button instead. This goes for registered GameEx users as well.

On a side note we have another contributer to the project now, -=Flash=- has taken it upon himself to start working on computer system previews. His work will be incorporated into the site shortly and is currently available on the ftp.

Yeah, that torrent has a lot of demand. It ends up using more bandwidth than any of the other mame-related torrents I am seeding, other than chd's. I'm up to 115 GB, btw.

Ok so I tried getting in touch with Circo through email and messaging on this forum with no luck. The GameEx special deal thing he has going doesn't work on his website. Tom Spiers said he got in touch with Circo, and that Circo said that the paypal issue was to be fixed that day. This was like 2 weeks ago. He recently posted to just use the donate button. I did on Friday. I have yet to receive FTP access nor even a message back from Circo. I know it's only been 2 days, but my messages were sent a while ago. Does anyone know what gives? I could've downloaded the torrents by now.

No. The avis are just in folders (not zipped). There is a WIP folder for any updates to the collection.

Hello!

I'm really looking forward to the video snaps!!

Everyday last month (really everyone of them) i checked this place in the hope of finding a link to a torrent of these videosnaps or a message that they are posted in usenet.

Is there anybody who has them, who is willing to share them with the world??
I have a great respect for the person who made them and can understand that he's busy.
But if i understand correctly there are a lot more people who have them allready, please post them in usenet!!
Then they will spread over the internet in no time!
