I have built a cp box, that the x-arcade will fall down into, so only the top of it will show.

Will update with some pictures of that tomorrow.

Also do anyone have a clue why the xarcade people superglue all there buttons?

The tankstick works great for your first go at a mame cab....even though others on this board want to see you build your own cp.

Hey

Been a while since last update.

There has been alot of progress!

Got everything working as it should.


Still some minor things to do:

* Finishing up the inside, making everything look neat.
* Mounting wheels on the back.
* Mounting the plexi to hide everything but the screen.

ps: In my next project im NOT using an x-arcade it makes the whole thing look kinda cheap imho.

pps : Cut myself pretty badly on my dremel today so there might be typos.

it looks really good...all but teh x-arcade.  you could always do what i did....build a new control panel box and move the x-arcade components into it.  it would be pretty easy to cut a new top board and drill the holes and move your controls over to get a reallyl nice panel that looks as good as the rest of your cabinet.
