i had the same "problem". to disable the mame copyright and game-info screens i compiled mame myself. i found all i needed in this topic: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=71845.0 as mentioned in that thread, you'll need: - mame source files - compiler - hi-score patch (incl. disable nag-screens). that's it i think. succes! |

depending on the layout you are using, MALA could be poping u the first loading screen. compiling mame is relatively easy. Mr Do's instructions work like a charm, so does headkazes compiler....just don't try to compile mame on Vista, it is nothign but trouble. i was having a hell of a time compiling the other day (my first time trying) and i kept getting errors. i tried it on two different PCs and got the same error..it was so frustrating, until i decided to try it on a computer running windows xp pro, it went right through with no problems the first time. stupid vista |
