That's how permanent outdoor kitchen setups work.  Sadly, not many of those in the Northeast, as you don't get a lot of enthusiasts for cooking with oil.

Word.  When I used to do large installs (2-300 cable drops over a whole bldg) we'd label each end of the cable as it was pulled it 3 times with a number - DXXX for data, VXXX for voice.  We'd still have to tone out a slew which entailed one guy standing at the rack end, and one guy running around the bldg like a loon.

We finally started pulling white cable for data, and blue for voice.  Made life a bit easier.  Now, I spec orange jacks for data, blue for voice, and yellow for special things like dial tone lines for fax.

I don't miss pulling cable in the least.

Now c'mon,  we all ignored the drawbridge comment, but a moat?  Where's he gonna get the moat monster to put in it?  Have you priced sea serpents recently?
