Williams Defender restoration
mchay:
A couple of weeks ago, I got a call from someone who had a couple of arcade machines in his garage, that he wanted to part with. I went out to him and discovered that he had 3 Defender machines - which was in descent shape. We don't see Defender very often here in Denmark, so I couldn't stop myself from buying them. One has a broken monitor and one is missing power supply and some other stuff - but it looks like I made a good deal.
It wasn't before last night, that I got them home. Now the restoration begins :D
I have a couple of pictures. They are a bit dirty, but I will start cleaning the next couple of days.
I'm new to restoring arcademachines, so I hope that some of you can help me out - if or when I hit a wall.
RetroACTIVE:

Very nice find!
Retroactives Defender rebuild is the best around.
You have a lot of fun ahead of you.
Good luck.

Niiice... those actually don't look bad at all, just dusty.

Not fair ... You have three and I haven't got one. :'(
Good luck with everything - I love Defender (even though I was crap at it!). ;D
