--- Quote from: padstack on February 26, 2008, 10:54:16 pm ---not to hijack the thread, but jsut wanted to give a "thank you" to the group for bringing up the Namco arcade thing. I was totally unaware of that. I kinda wish I would have known before I started building! LOL! Several of those were quite a bit cheaper than what I already have invested! Oh well. I've had a lot of fun doing it anyway. And now back to the thread... --- End quote --- Hey I finally was able to contribute something instead of always asking questions! :) I missed out on a Mortal Kombat 4 for $99 a few weeks ago. I didn't check their listings for a few weeks and of course that cab came up. Oh well. I don't have room for it anyway. |

Time crisis one was always my long term favourite. There are shortcuts to find to get the time down and the game is quite good fun. If i was going for a dedicated shooter that would be it. |

My two personal favorites are Police Trainer and Sharpshooter. If I were you, I would get a generic 25" dynamo cabinet or a midway MK style cabinet, and set it up to run both boards. Maybe even get some NOS art, or make up some custom art A-LA Ms. Pac reunion style. The only problem is that gun game boards are fairly expensive. I rarely see a police trainer board go for less than $100. |

Either Point Blank, Jurassic Park the Lost World or Time Crisis. You could always do what I did and incorporate a Playstation into your cabinet, purely for the Point Blank and Time Crisis games, or build one from scratch! |
