Here it is on the board it says
P/N 2010 REV 7 MADE IN USA
on the 2 EPROMS it says
EPROM1 - SL V1.14
EPROM2 - SL V1.14

Yes, it is. I posted a picture earlier. I have some TFT LCDs I'm working on now, but I should get to the LED stuff within a few weeks, hopefully.
