If you have the means to get a NAOMI cart for MvC2 that would of course be a pretty great option.

If your MamePC can't handle NullDC, your best bet is going to be to hack some DC controllers.

Also, if you're big into fighters you should look around (online) for a copy of the dreamcast game "TDC Final v2"  it was put together by a guy named Toodles from another forum and includes:

MvC2
Super Street fighter 2 Turbo
Capcom vs SNK 2
Street Fighter 3:3s
Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo
Ikaruga

all on one disk, Its pretty  much the best DC game ever.

Whoa, that thing works out great!  I checked into Chankast a while back, but it ran MvC2 very poorly in comparison.  My only gripe is that it actually looks to crisp on the Betson at 640x480.

It also doesn't seem to remember the "Dreamcast Settings" though as I get the date screen every time and it isn't able to store any VMU information.  Any advice on that?

This is the way I'm going for sure.

Thanks!
Jeff

K, did some more reading for ya. Try deleting the DC_flash.bin and getting a different one. I got a couple different on the net, one worked, and 2 did not.

However! It runs on the SEGA Naomi system and to be honest, until Mame starts to properly support Hardware Graphics Acceleration, see:http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=76961.0 I don't think you stand much chance of it working in Mame.

Sorry, Fozz, I'll have to disagree with you ... there is a big, flagrant, flashing option ...

The hardware is completely available right now for a reasonable price.

Problem solved.
