| Recommended thickness for tempered glass? |
| (1/1) |
| TelcoLou:
I'm about to order a sheet of tempered tinted glass for my bezel overlay. I'm replacing the plexi that was originally on the cab, but am a little confused .. The plexi is 1/8" thick, but I've read here that folks have used 1/4" thick tempered glass for their overlay .. is this the recommended thickness? If so, I'd have to carve out a bit of the top channel where the current plexi fits perfectly in ;) |

IMO 1/4" is overkill and will be very heavy. |

But 1/4" is proper for cocktail glass tops, right? |
