Well as far as printing - there are a few options:
1) Kinko's or Kinko-esque-type shop. Getting work printed there is akin to rolling craps. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. A good job looks awesome, but a bad job usually looks good but is the completely wrong size
2) The mameroom.com can print full size - he knows what an overlay is for a control panel (so that's a plus compared to clueless kinko worker bees)
3) I know there were 1 or 2 other folks here who have large printers, might be worth searching through the buy/sell forum or something. But hopefully they'll pipe up.
I'd recommend covering it with sometype of lexan to protect it from scratches.
