Best way to attach cable/wires to MDF

For my first cab (still in planning stages) I shall be using the might and power of the venerable Duct Tape! (*sighs* yes I am that pathetic about it  ;) )

Then again, I plan on tinkering with my first cab alot to get it "just right", so for me duct tape would be a good idea. Once I get stuff to where I want it, I plan on using those plastic coated staples meant for mounting wiring.

I did the same.  Plastic wire clips at Radio Shack and small wood screws to hold them in.  Worked out great!

Another good solution are "anchor ties".  They serve two purposes, as a cable tie and they have a screw hole.
