MY kickass overlay,marque,and sideart !

Yes Brax your comments are valuable as well.atleast I know whats wrong before I print them out.
the CP overlay and marque is pretty much done but sides are still being worked on !  :)

Those are pretty sweet Snaake - you must REALLY love fighters  ;D
I also dig the sideart and marquee theme of capcom on one side and snk or marvel on the other.   If I would change anything it would be make the name on the marquee look a little bigger.  But other than that I really like it.

I did notice a few things, minor though they be, and I though you'd love me to pick them out for ya.

The ryu/ken pair on the marquee image look odd because they have a soft look compared to the hard edge outlined characters the on the CP and the rest of the marquee. Oh, and ken looks queer.

It would be nice if the text were more consistent over the whole design. The marquee text looks squashed horizontally compared to the overlay, and the sideart is different again.

Speaking of sideart text, it should have the same orientation on both sides. Whether it be angled or horizontal it just looks strange because they dont match. It looks as if they're covering the intersection of the images, but that shoudn't be too hard to fix.

The colour theme looks to be rich earthy tones, and the ryu/akuma image on the sideart doesn't fit it. Maybe a hue change on the bg could fix that.

(Oh yeah, remove the spiderman logo on the bottom left of his sideart image)


Other than those details, looks pretty solid Snaaake.  ;)

Actually Snaaake I love the marquee, the side art, and the overlay. Just one thing I would change is that the whole theme has Capcom and SNK (mostly Capcom) then you added Marvel to be one of the side arts. It doesn't really match the rest. If I were you I would design another one. But that's just my opinion. Other than that everything is great, don't change another thing. Thanx.
