Can I use this hack to control mame? Will I get LAG or it will work fine?
My doubt is if I can use them or should I buy an iPAC?

I have never seen that type of controller so I can't comment.  If you want something that for sure works out the box, then I would go with an iPac.

I have both controls with me. I will try to connect both and play some games with them. If they work ok I believe it will be ok with the hack.

This is a dumb question, is any loos of performance with the hack?
