I'm building a MAME cab. Currently running a 360 controller on the PC...So if I send you a couple of these 360 controllers, the dongles you send back attached to the controller will hook into my arcade control sticks and buttons? Is that the deal? I'm sorry...New to this stuff.

Yes. I connect the controllers to terminal strips, which you then connect to your controls.
