| QD to screw terminal adapters |

This can be moved to any better section if someone thinks it fits better elsewhere... I am tired of the "cut and re-crimp" method of repairing problems or making changes in my CP. So, I am looking for an adapter that may or may not exist. It would have the .187 female QD connector (i.e. to connect to the cherry switches) on one end a screw terminal on the other to accept the wire. Ideally, it would be able to handle anything up to 16 AWG wire. Has anyone seen anything like that? |

It is unlikely that anything like that exists. You could solder single-input terminal blocks (the type with through-hole mounting posts) directly to the tabs of your microswitches though. The tabs of microswitches already have holes so it would be easy to through-hole solder something to them. |

Yeah! Just use terminal blocks like these.... You can break them off the block into individual ones and run a wire with a crimp connector on the end to your switch. The other side then gives you a screw terminal. Best Regards, Julian (Fozzy The Bear) |
