Smooth Joystick

Posted originally on wrong board...

I'm looking for a joystick that plays smoothly. The current ones I have when I rotate my joystick clockwise and counter clockwise  it seems bumpy. Like its hitting corners. Are the Supers smooth. It seems that is the main joystick people are getting?  Thanks    :-[

Supers are the most round feeling sticks... though, you must be warned... that the super's diagnols can be less accurate/responsive.  Thats the price you pay for the smooth feel.

Supers are decent for games like street fighter... where there are lots of circluar movments... but are horrible for 4way games like pacman, or anything that requires extreme and quick accuracy.
