I never bothered to see any of those movies. You can just tell what a pile of crap looks like right off the bat and I never thought twice about them again.

Stop supporting crap movies, people. Make these producers make quality stuff and stop giving your money to them for giving you crap.  :dunno

Finally saw The Simpsons Movie last night... wow was that disappointing.  There was barely any storyline at all, just random attempts to squeeze in everything they could fit.  Just not something I'll ever want to watch again.  The gold standard for this type of animated sitcom movie for me is Beavis and Butthead Do America.  That movie should have been terrible... taking a 5 minute concept out to 80 minutes... but it is awesome.  I've probably watched it 450 times.

Saw I am Legend last week too... that was really, really good until 3/4 of the way in when it turned into The Mummy.  Then it just got weird.

tommy:
I think the Simpsons was dead ever since Family Guy started. Family Guy is just so much more original and so much more funny. I think that show is the only show around that gets me laughing every time I watch it.

The wife and I saw it last week as well.  We were both disappointed that they changed things sooo much from the book.

In that case, you'll probably love those movies.  Family Guy has never given me more then a slight chuckle, every episode is just a string of disjointed jokes about pop culture in the 80's.
