Can someone answer this question for me. How do you get two trackballs working at the same time? I loved the atari football. Can I do it with a mini-pac? |

SegaSonic The Hedgehog (Japan, prototype) - Known as sonic, sonicp in Mame. There is a 3 trackball version, but this must be the control panel for the two player version: (Edited: fixed image) |

Can I do it with a mini-pac? --- End quote --- In mame enable -multimouse. You might have to remap. Limitations: Each TB must be an individual mouse device (except optipac, which windows sees as two mouse devices). The ps/2 port is seen as one mouse device. You must be using winXP or vista. You might need to remap. For example, if you have a normal mouse & 2 trackballs connected, the mouse might be mouse 1 and the TBs 2 & 3. The inputs defaults assign mouse 1 to player 1, etc. So... AFAIK (I don't have a minipac) one minpac won't do it. OTOH, two minpacs, one minipac & one mouse hack, one minipac & one optipac, one minipac & one optiwiz, one optipac in dual USB mode, or minipac TB & a USB/ps2 TB will all work. |
