Rotating joystick games, all vertical?

I'm trying to remember now if all the good games that require a rotating joystick (guerilla, Ikari, Time Warriors, uhhh...Midnight resistance)..aren't they all vertical oriented monitors?

Midnight resistance is horizontal, the others mentioned are vertical.

I happened to notice that Ikari III is horizontal...  I think that's almost a 'good' rotating joystick game.

From what I've found:

vertical = Ikari Warriors, Victory Road, Gondomania, Time Soldiers, Touchdown Fever 1-2, Guerilla War, Heavy Barrel, Search & Rescue, Downtown
horizontal = Midnight Resistance, Ikari III

If I have left any more out, let me know.. I'm building myself a JAMMA cab for vertical LS-30 games 8)

Hmmmm.....tempting....tempting....as I near completion on cab 1 the desire to make my next cab vertical is soooooooo tempting.

Are most of the good 2 and 4 way joystick-games also vertical???
The old schools often are.....pacman, Galaxian..Pleaides.......hmmm...hmmmm...

..vert..cab...next..???
