Thanks!
Can you give me a list of positional-gun games?

in mame you can play all gun games with both a positional or a light gun. in mame32 I can just click on the "light gun" category and get all gun games.

I have a similar question and think it relates to this thread....
If I have a mame PC with just positional gun games in it and I have an hdmi video card can I hook up my PROJECTOR to the video card and then have a jumbo screen to play positional gun games? (ca I set the ranges for a screen that big and get the movement with the guns to align/ work) ??????
Thinking of buying usb positional guns from ALIExpress and make a shooter cabinet but display it on a projector screen...???? Thoughts?

1. The pedestal where you mount the guns will have to be far enough back so the gun's X-axis and Y-axis range of motion covers the projected screen area.
2. You will need to calibrate the guns at the location/distance/angle where you place the gun pedestal and projector relative to the projected screen surface.
To avoid having to recalibrate every time you move the pedestal/projector, either firmly mount the pedestal/projector in a fixed location or use folding arms or markings on the floor to ensure the pedestal/projector is always in the exact same position where you calibrated the guns.
