(aside from having to upload somewhere and use an url) Helps when trying to describe project steps or help someone repair something if you can lay it out with text, picture, text, picture, etc. |

Then you use the image button you used, and put the url of the image between the ][ . Example replacing [] with () so you can see: (img)http://urebelscum.speedhost.com/images/49way_blankgrid.gif(/img) --- End quote --- I second what urebel said You could also post images in this thread http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=51525.0 instructions are in there somewhere I don't remember what page but basically post your image in that thread, Open a 2nd tab in your browser when posting 1st tab is your new post 2nd tab is your images posted in the above mention thread rt click your image and copy image location go back to your new post tab and in your post where you want your image click the little picture frame icon, paste the image location in between the brackets. Thats it, now you have images in your post not beneath it. Clear as mud right? |

There is a mod that allows you to specify where the attachment goes in the text. Is there a demand for that? I'm reluctant to put in too many mods as things start to get messy when you upgrade, but if there's demand I'll look at it. --- End quote --- Well no need to do it just for me, but I have seen others do what I want. Are they actually posting url links to images elsewhere on the web? |

I would agree there would be no real need to have pictures right under the text. It is quite simple to indicate "see pic1 below" or "see pic2 below", however, in most cases that would not even be necessary since people can generally figure it out. |
