Mini racing wheel on clearance on Radio-Shack Canada website

Hello,

In the clearance outlet on Radio-Shack's canadian website, there is a mini racing wheel on sale at $19.99 canadian.  The link of that item is:  http://www.radioshack.ca/estore/Product.aspx?language=en-CA&style=Clearance+Items&product=2608016&category=Clearance+Items&catalog=RadioShack

The only features mentionned on the website are:
MINI RACING WHEEL
Features 6 LED light-up according to gas operation, 8 buttons and gas and brake control hand controls.  26-8016

There are no mention of the brand, model or interface for that wheel.  I do not know if it is serial, or USB.

Since there is only one available at a store about 1/2 hour drive from where I live, I am wndering if that wheel is any good, who is the maker of it, and if it is any good for any racing games in Mame.  Can anyone help ?
