I appreciate your generous offer, I am going to have to wait until I get my refund before moving forward at this point.


I tried calling every 15 minutes one day, no one ever answered.  I have pretty much given up on e-mails as well.


I knew about some of the issues with SS prior to ordering, but I called a few times and spoke with Christian... and I have to say I liked the guy.  He took the time to answer my questions, made some good suggestions for my project and I trusted him.  Because I felt like I could trust him and as the days go on I feel that trust has been abused and violated.

I was to pick up my cabinet and CP at SS... I am within a couple hours drive of them and have considered just going to visit several times, but I can't see how this would turn out well.  My wife jokes that she is not driving to NJ with bail money.

I think the best thing those of us can do that are waiting is to keep up the communication here, so if any of us hear anything at least the rest will know.

Show up with a video camera...ask him direct questions on camera...see what he does.  Perhaps he'd be more open to giving your money back if you had him on camera?
