I don't have any shortcut way of getting hold of them, no. The phone is just as unanswered for me as for anyone else.
I have communicated though, along the lines that future dealings are conditional on certain issues being addressed...
Any business has a right to expect its suppliers to have as high ethical standards as they do, so I would need assurance that this is the case. Awaiting confirmation of this...

4 Months? Holy Crap!
Is there something I can do to help ease this frustration? Maybe offering a discount if you've been waiting too long for a panel. I guess that's if you actually get your money back.
I'm just trying to come up with a way to help these people get a Arcade Panel without having to wait much longer.
Any ideas?
