I have basically everything installed and the cabinet is currently in my room.  The only thing I have left to do is paint the bezel and cabinet door and it's completely done (well, it's probably never COMPLETELY done, the way I am).  I will add a little bit of art on the bezel to cover the somewhat larget than normal space above the screen, and possibly add some artwork on the marquee to jazz it up a bit.  It's up and running beautifully though.  This is a picture of playing NBA Hangtime.  I'm using a 19" computer monitor and some home theater speakers I had as well as my home theater subwoofer to add some nice effects.  I just have it running through my receiver, and it sounds very good.  I'm sure there are many that prefer more of an authentic look (T-molding, plexi-glass back-lit marquee, etc), but I'm poor, and am not quite as concerned with those things, though I know T-molding adds a little protection to the corners.
