I've got to clean the 'puter pile to gain full wife approval to begin construction of my cab... before I go to the wastelands of eBay, I thought I'd see if there was any interest here. All notebooks and parts were working when pulled, but are sold as-is, no warranty, returns, guarantees. Buyer pays shipping. The EMU soundcard was pulled from my working system in 2002 - if I remember correctly, I think the Digital In for CD/DVD was not functioning. That was a long time ago, but I seem to recall the cable/connector was broken. All laptop LCDs are functional and appear to be in good condition. I'll hopefully be getting photos together soon; if there is any interest here, I'll post them as requested. Item listing and details below - thanks... Any idea on the battery life? Oh, and do you have any hdd for sale too? It would be much nicer to get it all in one go. |

The Dell might give you some juice for a while, but since all of the units are older models, I wouldn't operate away from AC for any length of time. It looks like the Dell and the 1230 have working HDDs, but the other HDDs have been scrapped. |
