home inspection nightmares

This prompted me to dig out a few odd things I've come across while looking at properties.

The first pic is what happens when you think painted wood makes for good wainscoting in the shower.

The second pic is from a new construction inside of where a bathtub would go.  The amazing thing is that the hole on the second story.
